Dr Mere Kende
Dr Mere Kende is a specialist consultant who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our private clinic and lab team. With extensive experience in their field, Dr Kende provides valuable insights and recommendations on complex issues. His analytical skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset for our organization.
Dr Mere Kende is a Pathologist with specialist training and experiences in biochemistry, immunology, microbiology and hematology. He is also a General Specialist Practitioner with 9 years clinical practice in public as well as private medical services experiences with Queensland Health and 11 years in PNG. He brings along wealth of knowledge & practice experiences as a clinician as well as 16 years as Pathologist and 11 years as Lecturer educating young PNG doctors. He is currently Senior Lecturer and Head of Pathology at the School of Medicine & Health Sciences, Taurama Campus, 3 Mile, University of PNG.
He worked and trained as Chemical Pathologist through Monash Medical Centre, Victoria and Royal Brisbane Hospital, QLD as well as Microbiologist in Geelong Hospital, Victoria.
He was also Honorary Lecturer for 3 years at Monash University between 1996-1998.
